Opportunity

In late 2023, HubSpot’s Legal Operations team was looking to streamline some of its core processes in order to keep up with the company’s rapid growth and increasingly complex legal work. To support their diverse practice areas, the Legal Operations team sought a generative AI solution that could drive efficiency across core workflows, including drafting, redlining, matter management, and legal research.
